Ingredients
1
cup
fresh (or frozen) strawberries
1
cup
coconut water
( I used Trader Joe’s aloe coconut water)
1/4
cup
shredded unsweetened coconut
(optional for more coconut flavor)
1
scoop
Vital Proteins Melon Mint Beauty Water
4
leaves
fresh mint
rinsed, dried and chopped
Instructions
Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in chopped mint leaves (you can also blend this in.)
Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds.
Place in freezer and allow to freeze for at least 6 hours.
Remove from mold and enjoy!
